Detailed Binder Screen

The Detailed Binder screen is where you can view, organize, and manage all content within a specific binder. This screen provides a comprehensive view of your binder's contents, including extracts, links, and documents, along with metadata and organizational tools.

Header Section

At the top of the screen, you'll find:

Content Sections

The main area is divided into three panels that organize different types of content:

1. Extracts Panel

This panel displays extracts (screenshots) you've saved to the binder.

This panel houses uploaded PDF documents and files related to your binder.

Binder Information Sidebar

The right sidebar provides essential metadata about your binder:

Created By

Shows the user who created the binder (e.g., "John Casenoter")

Created On

Displays the original creation date and time (e.g., "Aug 8, 2025 • 8:25 AM")

Last Updated

Shows when the binder was most recently modified (e.g., "Aug 27, 2025 • 9:03 AM")

Description

A text field containing the binder's description or notes (e.g., "Test")

You can edit the description to add or modify information about the binder's purpose or contents.

Adding Content

The Insert Content function allows you to add Content to your binder.

To add content to your binder:

Linking to Categories

Categories help organize your binder.

Casenoter allows you to link your binder to one category, which can be whatever you wish.

Your Binders will then be displayed on the Binder Screen under your Categories.

The Sort function allows you to organize how content appears in all three panels (Extracts, Links, and Documents). This helps you find items based on different criteria.
